Challenge
The PRIDE Center of Newark provides exceptional support services for the LGTBQ community in the city and surrounding areas. They rely on both grants from the state and federal government, and support from private investors. The PRIDE Center strived to showcase their effectiveness in the community and highlight their mentor program.
Solution
Suburbanite Productions worked with the PRIDE Center to produce interview style videos in their beautiful facility. Prompting staff, mentors and mentees with meaningful questions provided genuine and heartfelt responses. We created fifteen (15) plus videos showcasing varying benefits of the center and program. The two-camera set up strengthened the serious, yet hopeful tone of the videos.
Results
The PRIDE center used these touching videos to successfully pitch government agencies, private investors and potential members in the community.
